[HCM] HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Group Level)

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape group-level growth strategy at a critical expansion stage. You will work closely with the Chairman, CEO, and executive leadership to influence strategic direction, launch new initiatives, and build a scalable BD and marketing organization. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute group-wide business development, marketing, and branding strategies
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams, service lines, and growth initiatives across the group
  • Build and institutionalize market intelligence to support pricing, service planning, and expansion decisions
  • Lead strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, referral networks, and key external stakeholders
  • Drive brand positioning, visibility, and market differentiation
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track BD and marketing performance
  • Build, mentor, and develop BD and marketing teams across the group
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior leadership experience in business development, strategy, or marketing
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive measurable growth
  • Experience working in complex, multi-site or group-level organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BD, strategy, or marketing, including group or regional leadership exposure
  • Strong background across sales, BD, marketing, and brand management
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
