What You’ll Do ?

• Partner with Sales to uncover customer needs, define use cases, and demonstrate the technical value of our AI platform.
• Design and deliver proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that validate real-world impact and align with customer workflows.
• Create solution architectures, runbooks, and demo environments that showcase product scalability and reliability.
• Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle — handling RFPs, integration questions, and technical objections.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Document technical best practices, demo scripts, and playbooks to improve the sales-to-delivery process.
• Support handoffs to Customer Success by preparing onboarding materials, training sessions, and deployment guides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting — ideally within AI-driven or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JavaScript) and familiarity with browser automation or RPA tools.
• Proven ability to build prototypes or proof-of-concepts using scripting languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client engagements and driving technical evaluations to closure.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, machine learning pipelines, or data-extraction systems.
• Familiarity with proxy or infrastructure components used in large-scale web automation.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
