[HCM] F&B Internal Accountant (General Accountant)

What You’ll Do

• Record and manage all accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Set up and maintain internal accounting processes and documentation systems
• Organize, store, and manage financial documents in a structured and secure way
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports
• Monitor revenue, cost, and operational expenses across stores and channels
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth financial flow
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (MISA, FAST, 3TSoft, etc.)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, retail, or startup environments
• Experience setting up accounting systems or processes from scratch
• Strong analytical thinking with business mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
