Who You Are ?
You’re a senior engineering leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited by the opportunity to build and lead the first ML Engineering team in Vietnam. You’re hands-on, technically strong, and equally passionate about building people and systems that scale.

What You’ll Do ?
As our ML Engineering Manager, you will:
Establish and grow the ML Engineering Practice in Ho Chi Minh City.
Lead teams to consistently deliver predictable outcomes through ML systems and model improvements.
Define technical strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Drive execution of complex, multi-project initiatives.
Participate in technical design and ensure engineering best practices.
Set clear goals, measure impact, and track performance across the team.
Collaborate closely with US-based engineering leaders for joint success.
Qualifications
Minimum:
4+ years of software engineering experience with ML systems, algorithms, and tools.
4+ years of coding experience (Python, C++, Java, or Scala).
2+ years managing engineering leaders, with proven team-building experience.
Strong technical recruiting, performance management, and coaching skills.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Physics, Math, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English (written & spoken) for collaboration with US teams.
