What You’ll Do

Create high-impact marketing assets: social posts, banners, sales decks, and campaign visuals
Lead visual design for website & landing pages, ensuring clean, modern, high-converting UI
Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) to generate and iterate design at scale
Maintain and evolve a consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints
Design event materials & merchandise (swags): apparel, stickers, booth visuals, gift sets
Produce motion graphics & AI-generated video content for product storytelling
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to translate ideas into clear visual narratives
Experiment with new formats and optimize based on engagement & performance

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in graphic design / visual design / branding (formal training is a plus)
Solid understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
Portfolio showcasing a modern, clean, premium aesthetic
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
Experience applying AI tools in creative workflows (AIGC)
Ability to move across web, branding, and marketing design
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Strong attention to detail and high quality bar

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion design / video editing (After Effects, Runway, etc.)
Familiarity with AI video & generative tools
Experience designing for startup / tech / AI products
Understanding of conversion-driven design (landing pages, ads)
Ability to contribute to creative direction, not just execution
