Why Join Us?
We are reimagining the future of manufacturing through data-driven innovation. Our platform accelerates digital transformation in the manufacturing industry by turning complex CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and drawing data into powerful digital assets.
In this role, you’ll join a global R&D team focused on CAD data analysis, multimodal AI modeling, and software integration. Your work will directly impact how manufacturers design, visualize, and automate their production processes — from 3D models to real-world components.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge CAD data processing, multimodal embeddings, and AI-driven design automation, collaborating with top engineers from Japan and Vietnam to deliver products that transform how manufacturing companies operate.
Who You Are
You’re an engineer with a passion for 3D geometry, CAD systems, and applied machine learning. You love solving complex technical problems that sit at the intersection of software, data, and design — and you thrive in an environment that values innovation, ownership, and speed.
You might be the right fit if you:
- Enjoy researching and building products that merge AI with CAD and manufacturing data
- Are curious about data structures, geometry, and design automation
- Take initiative, communicate clearly, and love working in global teams
- Embrace change, move fast, and tackle challenges head-on
What You’ll Do
- Research and develop algorithms for automating 2D drawing generation from CAD data
- Analyze CAD data structures to extract design elements such as holes, bends, and dimensions
- Build multimodal embedding models linking 3D CAD and 2D drawings for similarity search and retrieval
- Develop AI-driven CAD generation systems that transform natural language prompts into design commands
- Integrate platform functionalities with major CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, etc.) through plugins or SDKs
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to bring research outputs into production systems
- Continuously experiment, prototype, and optimize solutions that enhance product capability and user experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong foundation in algorithms, machine learning, statistics, and computer science
- Hands-on experience with 3D data analysis or 3D geometry processing
- Familiarity with Git-based development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker
- Fluent in English for daily communication (CEFR B1+ level)
- Must reside in Vietnam or be eligible to work here
Nice to Have:
- Experience in CAD plugin development or using CAD SDKs
- Background working with 2D/3D CAD and drawing data
- Experience with WebGL, OpenGL, Metal, or Vulkan graphics libraries
- Knowledge of GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL)
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments
- Familiarity with Google Cloud, AWS, or large-scale data platforms
What You’ll Gain
- Deep exposure to the manufacturing and CAD software domain
- Opportunity to influence core product architecture and research strategy
- Collaboration with a global team of experienced engineers and data scientists
- Career growth paths toward Tech Lead or Engineering Manager roles
- Real impact on industry transformation through AI and data-driven design
Benefits & Working Style
- Hybrid work (at least one day/week in office)
- Offices in Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Thanh) & Hanoi (Nam Tu Liem)
- Competitive salary, 13th-month bonus, and biannual salary review
- Full salary during probation and full statutory insurance
- Premium health insurance & annual health check-up
- Childcare, commuting, and life event allowances
- Technical training & certification support
- Modern equipment and flexible work environment
- Company awards, team building, and year-end activities
