What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the QA strategy aligned with product and business goals
• Build and lead the Vietnam QA team, including hiring and training members
• Design scalable test frameworks and implement automation coverage
• Review requirements and technical designs to identify potential risks early
• Lead test planning, design, and execution for both manual and automated testing
• Collaborate with development and product teams to embed quality into every stage
• Continuously optimize QA processes, tools, and performance metrics
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience leading QA strategy design and execution
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and automation frameworks
• Excellent English communication skills (business level)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams

Nice to Have

• Experience building QA teams or processes from the ground up
• Familiarity with standards such as ISTQB or ISO29119
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and cloud platforms
• Experience in QA for large-scale distributed systems
