[HN] IT System Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the IT System team: assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery.

• Administer and operate IT infrastructure: servers, storage, network, firewalls, proxies, onsite/offsite DC.

• Design, deploy, and upgrade systems: Linux, Windows Server, Nginx, HAProxy, TrueNAS, VMware/KVM.

• Establish and maintain backup/restore and disaster recovery (DR) strategies (e.g., 3-2-1 backup rule).

• Ensure compliance with information security standards: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000.

• Manage system security: access control, user management, auditing, firewall, IDS/IPS monitoring.

• Plan and budget for IT infrastructure procurement, work with vendors to ensure SLA compliance.

• Monitor and optimize DC operating costs (power, cooling, rack space).

• Propose and implement solutions for performance optimization and system security.

• Support DevOps/Dev teams in deploying applications on infrastructure.

• Train, mentor, and develop IT System team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system/data center administration, with at least 2 years in a leader/team lead role.

• Strong knowledge of server administration (Linux/Windows), storage (SAN/NAS), networking, and firewalls.

• Experience with high availability, clustering, backup/restore, and DR solutions.

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, audit, and compliance processes.

• Experience in monitoring, procurement, and management of DC infrastructure (servers, switches, firewalls, UPS, cooling).

• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.

• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Relevant certifications (Linux, Cisco, VMware, Security, Cloud, ISO Lead Auditor) are an advantage.
