What You’ll Do ?

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent products and automation systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, evaluation tools, and MLOps workflows for scalable model development.
• Work on diverse ML challenges — from search and ranking to entity resolution and optimization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define features, measure impact, and improve model performance.
• Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and architectures to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership culture where your ideas directly influence product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in real-world applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with scalable data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Beam, or similar.
• Experience developing end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proven ability to optimize model performance and translate technical outcomes into measurable business results.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
