What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD systems and deployment pipelines.
• Automate build, deploy, monitoring processes for applications and infrastructure.
• Manage container platforms and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Operate and optimize hybrid environments: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) + on-premise.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix).
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure high availability (HA), scalability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform post-mortems, and propose improvements.
• Implement security, backup, and compliance requirements (ISO/IEC 27001).

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent role.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Nginx/OpenResty, HAProxy, Cloudflare.

• Strong Linux administration (CentOS/Ubuntu) and scripting (bash; Python/Golang is a plus).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix).

• Understanding of security compliance (ISO/IEC 27001) in DevOps pipelines.

• Strong automation mindset, ability to work under pressure, effective teamwork.

• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
